Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Bilingual TSI Partner (Talent Sourcing Intelligence Partner), to support the centralized TSI function within Retail Banking.
This is a remote contract role.
Role Overview
The Talent Sourcing Intelligence team operates like an in-house search function, sourcing proactively for Retail Banking roles across Canada rather than waiting for requisitions. This role builds sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions such as mortgage specialists and financial planners. The partner advises recruiting partners and hiring managers using talent market data, and delivers qualified candidates independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for niche Retail Banking roles, including mortgage specialists and financial planners
- Proactively identify talent ahead of formal requisitions
- Develop and share data-backed talent market insights and recommendations
- Partner with recruiting partners and hiring managers across Canada to understand hiring needs
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver qualified candidates independently
- Source and manage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom CRM and AI tools
- Produce regular and ad-hoc sourcing reports and dashboards
Must-Have Skills
- Fluency in French and English (bilingual)
- 2+ years of sourcing experience (3 to 4 years preferred)
- Proactive sourcing, pipeline building and niche role sourcing
- Talent market intelligence, using data to deliver market insights
Nice to Have Skills
- Search firm experience
- Phenom CRM
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Sourcing with AI tools
Ideal Candidate
- Has sourced for financial services or retail banking roles such as mortgage specialists or financial planners
- Has worked in an in-house search or centralized sourcing model supporting hiring across multiple regions
- Has advised recruiters and hiring leaders on sourcing strategy using market data
