Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Digital Marketing Consultant. This is an onsite contract role in Toronto.

Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Consultant supports the delivery and management of digital campaigns and website content across the BMO enterprise. This role involves strategic planning, content authoring using Contentful CMS, and collaboration with marketing teams to drive business objectives and optimize digital results. The position plays a key role in enhancing the digital customer experience and ensuring compliance with online policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author and publish website content using Contentful CMS.
  • Serve as a strategic expert in delivering digital campaigns across BMO.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of line of business digital models and customer goals to oversee effective website content and campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to align website content and campaigns with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain methodologies to evaluate digital program effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Lead digital teams to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to the digital customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with online policies, procedures, and brand guidelines across BMO’s online properties.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise-grade Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically Contentful.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms such as Adobe and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns and website content.
  • University or college degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Financial industry experience.
  • Strong relationship management skills.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams to optimize digital results.
  • Proven track record of driving positive ROI through digital campaign strategies.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new digital standards and technologies.
