Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Portfolio Coordination Officer to support the TPS & Payments Modernization program.
This is a hybrid contract role (3 days in office per week).
Role Overview
This role provides operational support to the TPS & Payments Modernization program. You will be responsible for day-to-day program coordination including resource tracking, meeting facilitation, minutes documentation, and financial reporting. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Track resources and project staffing
- Facilitate meetings and prepare minutes
- Manage financial reporting
- Update and track MS Project activities and schedules
- Provide general program coordination support
Must-Have Skills
- MS Project: excellent
- MS Excel: excellent
- MS PowerPoint: great
- Clarity PPM: great
